I'm upload 1000 leads and dialing thru predictive mode and i need the report for matured calls and non matured calls like NA, N, Busy

I'm asking if i'm dialing through preview mode i can able to select the disposition like spoken even it's RNR also. I need to pull out the report matured and non matured calls

Have you tried the Calls Export Report?

It will work with predictive mode only right.. If i'm doing preview dialing the disposition is in user end only. I can also dispose the call as spoken even the customer didn't pick the call
