Capturing input digits after pressing an IVR option

Hi Vicidial Team,
Good Day, We have this requirement where after pressing an Call Menu option, e.g. Option 1, it will prompt an recording saying to input his/her phone number or other phone number after a tone so agents can call them back. Does it have to do in Custom Dialplan? if so how? if we can get a simple sample of this Dialplan much grateful for your help
