I was thinking, it's probably ideal to have 'SYSTEM' in the Manual Dial Filter in the same way it is in the Agent Lead Search Method, maintaining a parity of searchable/dialable.

Our campaigns are created by state, with agents being able to jump between states by changing campaigns. If an agent decides to attempt a manual dial and the lead is in another campaign, the manual dial filter blocks them until they jump back to the other Campaign, which leaves me with either disabling the manual dial filter, or having agents burn time jumping campaigns frequently.

As far as I see it might not be hard either, just a clone of CAMPLISTS_ALL without the " WHERE campaign_id = '$campaign' " limiter.

Sounds like a good feature request to add to the Issue Tracker.

Thank you very much for the addition. This will make things much smoother in day-to-day operations for agents.

Now I just need to work out how to update, I usually just bulldoze and reinstall
