how to add multiple number

Hi
I am using vicidial 3.3
I want to know what if I have a list of Contacts and each lead has more than one number .how can I add all of them and would it dial all the Alt numbers . and how to do this. please help me with that

I am unfamiliar with a "3.3" version of Vicidial, but here's a brief overview of multiple number dialing options in Vicidial,

Hi Rajal,
You did not mention Auto dial or Manual Dial.
For Auto Dial,
1. Update All your contacts in a list and assign that list to campaign.
2. Open respective campaign detail view. In that You can see a tab name Auto-alt. In that you assign the status for auto alt dial.
3. Then in detail view you can find Auto Alt-Number Dialing: field. Update your alt number field in that. Now it will work.
