Is it possible to set up required fields for specific call dispositions only, instead of all calls?

For example, require required fields to be completed when the call results in a SALE but if the call resulted in NI (not interested), then the call can be dispositioned without completing required fields.

Nope, they only way to do that currently is by writing a custom web page. We've done this for several clients before. Building something like that into custom fields would be very complex and quite a large project.
