hi mflorell
can u help me in this regard,
i want to create all the recordings in the ivr, in vicidial we are using one conference for recording, instead of that it has to dial an ivr number and now the ivr call connection is thrown in to the already existing call and agent conference.
thank u

So you need to have an additional recording of the IVR, or you need to stop the initial recording and start a new one?

Is the IVR on the local server, or on a remote system?

Will this be an IAX trunk or SIP trunk to the other server?
Is there any reason you don't use the transfer/conference presets for the campaign to make that call?

hi matt
it will be sip trunk, and should be done automatically with out any knowledge to agent, i want to stop recordings on my server and i want to make the recordings in ivr. mainly why i am asking this feature is i am getting conference problems if i dial with 19 agents with speed4.0 and always recroding.

Doing it without the agents knowing is going to be quite difficult. As for using SIP, you might have issues with DTMF detection depending on the codec you are using.
Is this an IVR that you have written on Asterisk?

Just an update on this issue, there is a patch you can apply to asterisk to get DTMF passthru to work better in Asterisk 1.2.X
