Call count limit or Lead Recycling is not working with manual dialing.
can someone help me how to set up this.
If it's possible with CALL Count Limit func or Recycling or any script?
I want to set a call number limit lifetime. Like if a number is dialed 3 times before no matter No answere not interested busy or answered. After 3 attempts call should not go on that number.

Are you manual dialing from the hopper? If so, then your goal is to keep these leads out of the hopper.
If your agents are "manual dialing" without the hopper, you could set a script to add leads with too many calls to the DNC list for the campaign. Then modify the campaign to enforce dnc on manually dialed calls.
