Volume level indicator for operators

Hello everyone,
I would like to propose having a volume level indicator so agents can see what volume level they are currently at. Since volume changes remain from call to call and high volumes create distortion or even echo, it would be very useful to have some indicator of how high our volume is.
Also it would be great if either the "mute" or "unmute" button lit up to indicate its current status.
what do you guys think?
