Inbound Call - Agent picks manually

Hi,

In my knowledge Vicidial automatically transfers inbound calls to available agents. Is there any way, so that an agent can himself select an inbound call from queue?

I want to show all inbound calls in queue on agent screen from where he can pick any call.

If any one has a clue please put forward.

This is how inbound calling used to work about 4 years ago in ViciDial. But it was deemed too inefficient to continue working that way.

To allow this functionality again would take quite a bit of work.

Please create an issue in the tracker for this and let us know if you would be willing to sponsor this feature.
