Inbound Call - Agent picks manually

Hi,
In my knowledge Vicidial automatically transfers inbound calls to available agents. Is there any way, so that an agent can himself select an inbound call from queue?
I want to show all inbound calls in queue on agent screen from where he can pick any call.
If any one has a clue please put forward.
