Hello,

I'm searching a way to send the IVR or an inbound call to the feature to record audio prompt (8168). Does someone did already this kind of operation ?

Does there is a way to make the system callback the people which want to make an audio prompt ?

thanks in advance for your help

You could set a DID to go to EXTENSION 8168.

what is the version and build of your admin.php?

Hello,

my version of admin.php is VERSION: 2.0.5-173, BUILD: 90320-0424
I'm using a vicidialnow box right now, I am thinking to get the last version from your svn to be update if needed.

is it some specific need or version to make a DID point to 8168 ?

I'm thinking as well to make a campaign pointing on the number 8168, so the user receive the call and could record the prompt, it is simplify the way is the user setup his campaign.

do you think it is a good idea ?

2.0.5 does have DID routing through the web interface.

Hi,

do you think it is a good idea to make a campaign pointing on the number 8168, so the user receive the call and could record the prompt, it is simplify the way is the user setup his campaign, and for me I only have to setup the campaign and make an insertion of the people want to be call ?

Hi,

I finally solved my issue by making a campaign pointing on the extension 8168. I am doing an insert of the end-user who want to make a new prompt through a simple web button 'call me' which trigger a http request using 'non-api' add lead feature, and that's it.

it let me verify the phone of the end-user and simplify the use of the system.
