I'm running Asterisk 1.2 & Vicidial 2.0.5. I want to config feature autodial on vicidial. When 1 agent in vicidial send out message voice according a pre-defined list , receiver 'll listen that message and they can press certain button to connect to agent or drop call. I think vicidial have this feature. Can you advise me how to do. Thanks

I have read this guide but it's survey version, not full. So I think with very less information, it's unuseful. I need to know how to use this feature. How to auto dial in order to send voice message ? Agent need to login a specified campaign to receive inbound call from customer call back after survey right?
