need a custom dialplan for 12 unlimited sip lines

good morning to all
We are an overseas company using VICIdial to do US business to business calls. currently we are hand dialing because our IT does not know how ot create a custom dial plan to integrate our 12 individual SIP lines to work with our vici server.. I am aware that i might have some issues with my provider.. but ill handle this separately.
our current version is
2.0.5-173
we have 20 agents.
