modify agent screen - webform

Hi,

i would like to modify the agent screen so that the webform and webform2 are displayed in a frame instead of popup a new window
near Script Tab, 2 new tabs should be displayed : Webform1 , Webform2
(depending whether webform2 is enabled or not)
and hide webforms buttons

we have done this, have to make changes in vicidial.php file

we've done it a couple times, too. it's a basic php/html function to add a new tab (duplicating the method of creating the original tabs to maintain the coding on the page).

alternately, you can put the iframe inside your script.

I would recommend the use of the iframe option much easier.
