Phone Number | Park Time Start | Park Time End | Park Duration | Call Start Time | Call End Time | Park Duration | Campaign ID | Ingroup | Agent ID

Are there any reports that already have "some" of this information that could be extracted or condense to fit your needs?
Will this be developed for a specific version or for "Trunk"?
