help in vicidial setting
Posted: Sun Jan 31, 2010 4:00 amI am looking for help. I have vicidialnow installed and it is running perfectly. I face the followng problems
1. Once my leads are completely used and I want to reset, it resets all the leads including "wrong number" , "disqualified" and "Not Interested". The result, when the same people are called back again and again, they get irritated. Is there anyway I can reset the leads without resetting the above kind of leads.
2. We are recording every call made by our agents. But listening those calls are difficult as we have to first ftp to another server and then convert them mp3 etc. Is there a way that we can list them and click to listen to the recorded pitch without ftping to other computer.
I will appreciate if someone can help me and I am willing to pay for it
