I need a quote for setting up a server from scratch with Vicidial and FreePBX, both up and running with SIP Trunks and all. I'll take care of all extensions, groups, campaigns, etc...

I am using a Dell with Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 with 8gb RAM, and 1tb Hard drive. It currently has Windows 7 Premium 64bit installed.

I know nothing about Linux and will need hourly or monthly support. Please provide me with a quote immediately, I would like this done within the next few days!
