Installation of Sangoma 101 Card

Please could one of you good experts please give me a quote to setup a sangoma A101 card.

I need our vicidial installation config to use the Sangoma card, then once there are no availible lines on the card, I then need the system to use the sip lines which i have. if that makes sense
