the word actually means engineers in india.
TO avoid applications from remote support engineers i have written like this.

It means he travels to India often, but he is not a VICIdial software engineer. He's a language arts scholar (He knows more languages than I know software packages).

I don't actually know any VICIdial professionals in India (Indian or otherwise). All the people I know in India are either friends of my Dad's or Clients! LOL
