(COMPLETE) New Installation (UK - PRI) - Poke around

Hi All,

Would it be possible for someone familiar with UK based PRI system setups to give me a nudge?

I have limited experience but would involve logging in and having a butchers at the setup prior to going live to check my settings and to make sure things won't go bang. Especially with the Sangoma card with which my experience is extremely limited.

It's mostly to do with configuring the ISDN30 interface as I've read the manual and am confident with pretty much everything else.

Don't know if this helps but:
Vicibox.Redux.x86_64-3.1.9.150 from .iso | Vicidial 2.4-299 Build 110214-0001 | Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici | Single Server | Sangoma A102DE | No Extra Software After Installation.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Updated Subject to make it more obvious what's needed

thanks for posting your specs, you may want to have another look at the bottom left corner of an admin screen to get the correct version/build.

more like this:

Code: Select all
VERSION: 2.4-290
BUILD: 101127-2232

There have been a few discussions regarding UK T1/PRI/E1 setups. If you search with a few different engines you are likely to come up with a thread or two.

Also: if you were more specific as to what problem(s) you are experiencing ...

Oops, sorry about that, have corrected it in the original post.

Thanks, I've already been a lurker for a while prior to registering and trying to do my research.

The only problem I have is actually configuring the Sangoma hardware and applying that to the dial plan to actually place calls as I have no experience in this area - I've done my research and I think I'm almost there, but there really no substitute for having a professional have a poke around and point out any mistakes before going live.

After all, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

Argh - I've left topics open all oer the place.

Thanks to everyone who got in touch with me about this and provided advice to get started.
