Need help with customizing reports

Hello,

I'm looking for someone who can help us create a new custom report based on the Agent Performance Detail report.

Possibly also the Realtime Main Report but that's optional.

Realtime reports are easier (FYI), and you should always list (at least in a general sense) what changes you want made to the report(s). You'll get a more educated response from people who may actually be able to make the changes (and less wasted time from those who cannot, on both sides).
