Remote agent setup and training for new agents

Looking for personable vicidial expert to help our new at-home
entry-level workers get acclimated to remote agent. This would
require creating a new worker account, talking the worker
through the basic functions, use of softphone or IP phone,
basic CRM use, formatting the script to insert the
appropriate lead fields automatically, etc. (We would
be supplying lead lists in csv format with the appropriate
SIC codes for our service.)

Basically it's taking a completely green new agent and
getting them to the point of being able to make calls and
generate leads on their own. (This is USA B2B survey calling.)
We are paying the agent per lead generated.

We think this would probably take up to 2 hours training for most
new workers in several small sessions as needed. If a short training
manual could be developed this might expedite training. Trainer would
need the ability to make it simple to the new worker, without technical jargon.
This would be an ongoing thing, our goal is to get about 50 remote
agents trained and calling within 90 days, and there will be some
worker attrition so we anticipate needing a trainer for an indefinite
period.

This would be training for mostly USA based remote agents, but trainer
could be based anywhere. Please bid per trained worker, with the
understanding that some workers will catch onto it fast, and some
will be slower, but if it takes more than 2 hours to get the worker
making calls we would pass on that applicant.

Sounds like an interesting project. I would hesitate to bid on it "per agent" unless there were a minimum of agents specified and paid for in advance.

Also, as this is indeed your First Post ... is your system built and running?

What is the time-frame for this project? Do you intend to launch this week or some time in 2016 after a good planning and warm up run?

8-) (I'm sure answers would help you in your response generation ...)

thanks for your inquiry.

box is currently built and online, we have about 40 USA-based applicants wanting
to generate leads for us, and we don't have time to train them all. We would pay piece
work via paypal the same day a new agent was online and generating his first lead.

at present i'm thinking about $60 usd per remote agent trained and setup, we'd
pay for the first one and if it was satisfactory we would send more workers to
train immediately, paying for them as they go online. This is piece work, per
training, but we could send as many as a dozen to train in the next 2 weeks. We may
require more than one trainer.

we realize it may take many trainings to get 50 working remote agents, and we will build
more boxes as needed, and probably run about 20 agents to a box.

Since we would undoubtedly build a "training system" for such an endeavor, we would then be "negative in the account" until enough agents were trained. We don't work that way (zero risk accounting). So we'd have to beg off. But if you don't get satisfaction from anyone else, you could certainly consider paying for development of the training system and/or paying for many trainings in advance and we'd be able to help you.

That being said, if you were AT LEAST to pay in advance for each training (regardless of whether they go online ...) we'd be able to work something out with you most likely (but not being trained = not being paid would never work out ... obviously your trainer would begin faking it).
