We are running a call campaign, and have a database of millions of data records that we are dialing. Our team is managing the dialers/data to the best of their ability, but I'm sure there is a lot that could be done to optimise and make our performance better.

I'm looking for a VICIdial expert who could come in and have a look at how we are managing our data and dialers, and let us know what could be done to increase our connectivity and conversion rates.

Statistical analysis with some data mining plus deep knowledge of Vicidial? Tough request. Call The Vicidial Group or us at PoundTeam. This is what we do (both companies).
