Looking for Advance Configuration on Vicidial

looking for Paid new development on Vicidial for Loop : Call Generation,
My vicidial will generate calls and that goes to Supplier and that supplier going to send me back that calls then only calls need to be hold as per our set duration else calls must be drop immediately,
if any one here can make this kind of scrip or program , we are willing to pay accordingly .
