Position: Vicia Dial Manager
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Job Description:
As a Vicia Dial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our dial campaigns and ensuring their smooth functioning. Your expertise in inbound API troubleshooting, inbound IVR, and handling various tasks such as producing reports, managing changes lists, and handling DIDs with Vonage will be vital to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Inbound API Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to inbound API integrations to ensure uninterrupted campaign performance.
2. Inbound IVR Management: Oversee and optimize the inbound Interactive Voice Response system to enhance customer experience and call routing efficiency.
3. Reporting: Generate accurate and timely reports on campaign performance, agent productivity, and other relevant metrics.
4. Changes Lists: Efficiently manage and implement changes lists to update campaign settings, scripts, and other dialer parameters.
5. DID Tracking: Monitor and track DIDs to ensure compliance and minimize spam-related issues.
6. Campaign Management: Handle the setup, modification, and termination of dial campaigns while adhering to best practices.
7. List Management: Facilitate list movement and ensure that agents have access to high-quality lists for effective dialing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dialer Manager or in a similar role within the telemarketing or call center industry.
- Expertise in inbound API troubleshooting and inbound IVR management.
- Familiarity with Vonage or similar telecommunication systems for DID management.
- Ability to generate insightful reports and interpret data to improve campaign performance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with agents and other team members effectively.
