Rawalpindi,Pakistan Based ISO Certified Call Centre with offices in UK is looking for Linux Network administrator who will be responsible for the Asterisk PBX and ViciDial Server Administration, configuration and maintenance of Apache, MySQL, PHP and other web add-ons and components. Plan, design, analyze, backup, recovery and provide Network Security for all available servers. Conduct research and evaluation of network technology and recommend new fast and secure network equipments and tools.
Proficiency in Linux, VoIP, ISPs, and LAN is Vital.
Fully understands all aspects of Asterisk installation & Vicidial Predictive Dialler
Good knowledge of VOIP technologies/protocols like SIP/IAX.
Able to provide custom IVR solutions as needed
Asterisk integration with CRM is a major plus
Can work independently in Afternoon and evening Shifts
Call Queuing
Job Timing 1300hrs to 2300hrs
Attractive Salary Package will be offered depending upon selected candidate's experience
