Vicidial install Los Anagles, Ca or Remote

i am interested in getting vicidial and any compatable CRM installed remotely or on site on a server colocated in pomona, Ca or Downtown Los Angeles, addtionaly need to configure and load the database and to do test run.
In short total setup, must have experience,
