need support for vicidial now

hello all ,

we have installed vicidial now but we have no experience how to make it work

we need remote support for :

complete the installation and setup iax2 or sip for outbound calls
make the system use a remote mysql database server

We charge $50/hour for simple troubleshooting.

But you would do better to post your issues (one at a time, get past each bump as you go) here. If you need direct support feel free to call, we can get you up and running quickly if your install (so far) is clean.

Do you have a VOIP provider for your calls?
