we have had several people work on this for us and each time it does not work and we are paying for nothing

the vicidial is working fine manual dial and predictive

we are using ulaw not g729

leads and campaigns seem fine and when broadcasting it does call out fine and the voice file is working fine also and playing to the person on the other end

the only issue is when they press 1 nothing happens

we have checked by calling manually to somewhere pressing 1 and dtmf seems fine

if someone can fix this please leave a phone number or msn asap it should be a tiny issue everything else works and once someone actually fixes it we will be happy to of course compensate them

You want to hear something funny? The last time this happened it was the CALLERID! (for our client anyway.)

If I changed the callerid from their 800# to ANY other number on earth (including fake impossible numbers or 0s) it worked, but their 800# would not capture DTMF.

In short, we can fix it.
