Inbound problem-No lead details in agent interface fields‏

I have a problem with inbound calls. When agent received call it did not show lead details(first name,last name, city,postal code etc) in agent interface. I sure have loaded lead details in list but not show lead details when I received calls from them. Only show phone number of caller in field "phone" and in field "comments" show my DID number, in field "Vendor ID" show my did extension and all others fields are empty ?

I am using DID number from voip provider sipgate.de and in "DID extenison: "I must put sip user to register not did number" !??
I sure setup all others parameter for ingroup and did correct but when I received call it did not pull out lead details from campaign/lists ??
any solution or suggestion what could be wrong ?
