how to access goautodial CE 3 portal

i have just installed goautodial following Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev3 this tut

i have problem in accessing goautodial portal from terminal after installation, please help me step by step....thanks in advance

You can't access the portal from terminal (i.e SSH).

You can access the portal through a web browser.. https://your_server_ip
