Anyone have a GoAutoDial 2.0 Manual? Or Info on reporting?

I am looking for manuals for GoAutoDial 2.0 or any information on reporting using the Vicidial Admin on the GoAutoDial portal. We just bought a company that uses the system and we have tons of questions on the call statistics, including how to read them properly.

Any assistance you can give will be appreciated.

The manual is called the "Vicidial Managers Manual". It is available free or paid (two versions) on EFLO.net.

GoAutoDial installs Vicidial. It's an installer cd, not actual software. Version 3.0 of GoAutoDial has a lot more gadgets, and has its logo in a lot more places, and tries to make things easier to use ... but it still merely manipulates the Vicidial software.

Vicibox (from Vicibox.com, free!) also installs Vicidial, by the way, but without the GoAutoDial pretty screens. If you purchase the Vicidial Managers Manual, you are entitled to free updates for a year and can access any version of the manual during that year. Since you're likely using an old version, that may be handy. Also worthy of note: All this software is free ... so you can update/upgrade free. Feel free to search the forums and the Vicidial Wiki for instructions on how, as well as the Goautodial wiki for instructions to upgrade goautodial.

One point to remember: when you require help with the software itself (Vicidial), this is the site and the board to post on is "Support". This board (VicidialNow - GoAutoDial) is for "installer support" dealing with the Goautodial installer or special functions available only in a goautodial installation (such as the pretty agent screen).

I'm guessing it's already installed ... so you'll likely want to post your "how does this work" questions in the regular "Support" board.

Best education you can get is from the Manual, after that the Support Board is great for a deeper education. If you don't find the answer, post the question and get it! But search first, pretty much every topic has already been discussed. Welcome to the Party!
