Help Installing GoAutoDial 3.0

Im having problem installing the goautodial 3.0 .
whenever i install it and set an ip for it . i can't access it in my network.
Im new at vicidial i will Appreciate a skype support

My Server specs is
Intel i5 - 2tb Harddrive - 16gb memory
and im trying to install goautodial 3.0 express install.


*update with my problem*
I was able to connect on my dialer but it gets disconnected after 5 seconds and i need to "service network restart" so i can access it again for 5 seconds

Hello, check the system log if you get some messages about the network card,
use the command: dmesg
also, what network card is it? use the command lspci

have you tried installing any other operating system on that hardware?
Try a ubuntu cd or why not a vicibox cd and if you got the same problem then its probably a hardware issue

i checked the system log via dmesg and i don't have any problems.
the eth1 and eth0 = link up 100mbps duplex.

and for the network card i use
the onboards is realtek and the external is VIA.

i didn't install os before installing goautodial . do i need os to install goautodial?

i have fixed my problem now. it turn out to be a internet problem. i just change my connection then boom* heheh.. thanks.
