Receiving E1/T1 Calls from Elastix to Goautodial

Postby dcxm » Mon Sep 09, 2013 7:24 am

Hi guys

I have a problem A company has a 800 line connected through a Digium Card in an Elastix server working for almost a year, now they want to send me those calls, so I created a Sip entrance in sip.conf:
register => 136:cc6@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060
[trunk3]
disallow=all
allow=g729
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
allow=gsm
type=friend
username=136
secret=cc6
host=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
dtmfmode=rfc2833
qualify=1000
context=default
insecure=port,invite
port=5060

Ok I can connect to the elastix server, the elastix server can see im logged in.

When the call arrives it arrives to extension S so I created the AGI route in extensions.conf
exten => s,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi

So when we call de 800 number I can see the call comming in, in the agent screen i can see the call, but we dont get any audio
So I see the cli ans i get this warning

[Sep 9 08:15:41] WARNING[22191]: file.c:1297 waitstream_core: Unexpected control subclass '-1'
[Sep 9 08:15:41] WARNING[22191]: file.c:1297 waitstream_core: Unexpected control subclass '-1'

I would remove the allow=g729 and would pick ONLY ONE either ulaw or alaw, depending on what your client is sending you. Also, for sanity check, I would allow g711. Check the codecs that you're negotiating. You may run "sip set debug peer <peer-name>" to see what codecs you are negotiating and agreeing on 'talking'. This sounds like codec.

Another one: This also sounds like possible firewall. Are there firewalls between you and yyour client?
