i am upgrading my goautodial 2.1 to vicidials latest svn version but getting error while running keep alive script

run the
upgrade 2.6 sql
then
upgrade 2.8 sql

then
perl ./install.pl

you should have run the upgrade 2.4 first. start over with the original database. you must upgrade to the latest 2.4 db schema before you can jump to the 2.6.

Also worthy of note is that gardo has a goautodial upgrade method available that will also upgrade the vicidial scripts at the same time. perhaps not all the way to svn trunk/latest, but very close. final upgrade to vicidial svn would be much easier after following that upgrade path.
