What could be the reason for ... what?

A single server overloading with more than 25 agents on it? (If that is, indeed, your question: The reason is because most 4 processor servers can handle 25 agents ... you need a cluster instead of a single server if you have more than 25 agents, especially with a 2 processor server).

If that is not your question ... please ask and we'll see what we can do.

i got 2 cpu (with 4 core) but my minimum Load Averages 7. my problem averages.it too high? and my asterisk doesn't work accurate.

Are you experiencing any issues? How many total cores do you have (2 CPU X 4 cores = 8 cores?)?
