How to pop up a new windows?

Hi,
Is it possible for vicidial to open a new window browser (or tab) with some custom web address on incoming/outgoing call?
Must be able to pass to this address information like phone number.
I tried to use "Start Call URL:" field but it's not visible for the agent, it runs in the background.

That's what the "Web Form" options in campaigns and ingroups are for.

You could also use a SCRIPT tab with an IFRAME to show a separate web page.

Start Call URL is for back-end integrations and is not displayed to the agent.

This would be a really good time to download the free version of the manual (from EFLO.net) and read it. you'll find a lot of useful tools in the system. The paid version has even more (by a pretty good margin). You'll likely save yourself a massive quantity of time by avoiding creating tools that already exist ... IF you READ it after you download it!!
