Issue with a newly installed goautodial in centos 5.10

Hii,

I have newly got a dedicated server from a data centre in USA, New york. When i m trying to install goautodial from scrath in centOS 5.10 it is successfully ending up the installation but i am getting these error

i tried adding date.timezone = Asia/Kolkata and also America/New_york but after that also no changes
