Choosing the right carrier for campaign

Hi,

I installed GoAutodial 3.3 but I'm confused in setting up the carrier. I setup the carrier as stated but when choosing that carrier in my campaign and dial a number it says that "Im sorry that is not a valid extention". But when I choose the "Custom Dial Prefix", I can dial the right number but can't make a call. Please help me. I'm stuck, I don't know what carrier to choose. any thing I choose will lead to error. I just want to know what should I choose and proceed with the debug. Thanks for your help guys!
