Incoming call rejecting in the PRI line

Postby vijaikg » Tue Jan 19, 2016 7:35 am

Hi,

I have a issue in connecting incoming call with agent in goautodial. But I can make outbound calls through this PRI line. The PRI is connected with Digium TE235 card in E1 mode. This issue is in test server say 'SERVER-2'. Which is showing no service for incoming calls.

Please check on the asterisk CLI when a call comes in my SERVER-2,

I have another goautodial server say SERVER-1 which is working perfectly for both inbound and outbound calls.
Please check on the asterisk CLI of incoming call in my SERVER-1,

In my SERVER-1 " Accepting call from '4142413300' to '5181298' on channel " and in SERVER-2 "Accepting call from '4894078500' to '0000' on channel".

I have created DID in SERVER-1 as 5181298 and DID in SERVER-2 as 2510000.

But for the SERVER-2 the call is transferring to 0000.

Please help me to solve. if any issue is there in DID or any other configuration mismatch.

Code: Select all
from '4894078500' to '0000' on channel 0/8, span 1

Call going on DID "0000". You need to create a DID with 0000. Please create a DID 0000 and try.
