The front page of the Vicidial Manager's Manual on EFLO.net's store (free and paid versions both available!) has a sizing guide.
Note that the number of agents is vague. If you have 90 agents dialing manual dial on one cluster and 90 agents on a political survey campaign on another cluster and handling callbacks from missed calls, those two clusters will have very different requirements for sizing.
That being said: Minimum Recommendation ...
1 DB Server (8 cores minimum, 2.4Ghz minimum, 8G RAM minimum)
2 Web (4 cores minimum, 2G RAM minimum)
4 Dialers (8 cores minimum, 2G RAM minimum)
1 Archive/Replication server
Not that adding more cores or more servers for each role is not a bad idea, based on your price-points for the server purchases.
You can also lease servers which could allow you to "spin up" more servers quickly and easily (ie: just lease another) if you find yourself underpowered. After you're online making money and know your capacity requirements, then look at purchasing. We have clients in our colocation facility who have leased for a single month before purchasing and we have some who leased for several months before purchasing. In many cases, they continue to colocate with us after the purchase simply because they have no desire to learn to manage the hardware (plus their agents no longer need to be in any specific facility to access the servers, so they can have rooms all over the country sharing the system).
