My serve configuration is
Xeon Dual Processor with 3 Ghz
Ram 4GB
SCSI Hardisk etc..
Is it support 60 seat..

You need to tell us a lot more information:
- will you be recording audio of the calls?
- are you doing inbound, outbound or blended calling?
- if outbound, what line ratio will be the maximum?
- if you are using VOIP trunks, what codec will you use?

Hi
Its all depends on the setup you plan for.
in general for more than 40 seats going loadbalance or modular solution will be a good idea like
web/mysql one server
vicidial for every 20 agents one server.

yes, recording audio of the calls,outbound, which ratio 3
sip 9729 codec
