Survey IVR script issue

Hi

I have installed and configured vicidial correctly.

I can dial out manually and using the auto dial correctly.

The only problem i have is when people the survey and it says press 1.

When pressing 1 or 2 , 3 ,8 nothing happens.

It looks like a dtmf issue, and i know that the dtmf is working when calling a bank for example.


i have looked at the " agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi" , but i could not figure out the problem.

Does any body have this problem?

By the way i am using vicidial "VERSION: 2.0.3 "


The dtmf patch was already applied as suggested in the other topics and it did not fixed the problem.

Did you edit the survey script for your own use? Did you check the code? Are you sure that the edit you made are correct?

I had used vicidialnow on clients using survey script. I didint get any problems. from a simple p4 with 1gb memory to core2quad processors I didnt encounter any problems with it.

the survey script modifications, if you don't know how it works and can't make it work, I suggest you get a consultant.

Well i have looked at it and i don't know how to modify it.

This is the only open-source project forum that you don't fond somebody helping.

Others like trixbox, freepbx are being good ! I know that every body is trying to make money here.

So does the manual from eflo.net explains all these details?
