The file does not have the required number of fields to proc

Dear Experts and helpers!

I just install the Vicidialnow. The installation is completed successfully. I could be able to created Campaign, users, phones etc... However, after I try to upload the leads file, I have the problem with the error message:

"ERROR: The file does not have the required number of fields to process it."

My lead files is OK, I think. I tried to upload the same test_VICIDIAL_lead_file.txt that was successful uploaded on the OTHER system that I manually install the vicidial.

Does anyone have any ideal?

PS: My vicidial_list table is OK with no record.

This is from the known issue:

- can't load leads using web lead loader
solution:
login as root
cd /usr/src/astguiclient
perl install.pl
