Newbie question: upgrading current Vicidial

I inherited a Vicidial Set up that works well. I want to upgrade to the latest edition.

What is the easiest way to do this?

I am looking at doing this action and now having to learn how to do it sa FT as I can.

Is there any way VicidialNOW seems to be a solution, but I cannot seem to download it!

Is there any simple way, that would be great.
