What version of VicidialNOW are you using?

Make sure that the date you entered has data on it. Otherwise you won't see any graphs. Example:

Date: 2008-03-07 Time: 09:00 to 15:00

You need to have calling hours or agents dialing out during those hours/date.

Looks like you don't have any data for ploticus to work with. Is this a live server? Have you set "Server Performance" to "Y" on the server settings page on the Vicidial admin page?

no this is not a live server. then i set Y to server performance.
