error when loggin to the Agent Website

hello,
i start to use Vicidial Now v 2.0.95, so to better assimilate the concepts, i followed the steps described in the VICIDIAL MANAGER MANUAL, so, i create compaign, load leads, create group user, lists, users and phones, all are active, but when i am in the step n°26, and i should loggin to the GUI agent, i am asking to enter phone loggin, after, i should loggin to the compaign, so, i do, when i submit, an error message appear:
"sorry, there are no available sessions".

i want to keep you informed, that my probleme wasn't related, to vicidial but, it was a probleme in my network.
