Has anyone already installed vicidialnow on an vmware-server successfull and test it in produktive environment with agents in predictive mode . If so, with how many agents ?

I have installed it on vmware workstation. it is working fine. we will test the predictive mode soon

Running VICIDIAL in a virtual environment is not recommended for production. VICIDIAL uses Asterisk meetme rooms which requires either a hardware or software based timer. The timers are pretty messed up on virtualized environment. You'll get lots of quality issues with your calls specially if you're doing auto-dial or predictive dialing.
