I Need Some Help, I'm Very New To Vicidial And I am Having Problems Setting Up A Remote Agent All Am Getting Is This Error Message:
This remote agent does not exist admin
I Went Through The Full Purchase Manual Word For Word
And It Still Doesn't Works, i Would Really Appreciate Some Help

how exactly did you set up remote agents?

I Did Every Thing The Manual Told Me To Do But Still No Luck.
Each Time I Set Status To Active My Sip Phone Rings When I Answer,
The Call Go Through To The 800 Number And The Phone Hangs
Up After The First Second Any Ideas Please.
