VicidialNOW HELP! : URGENT

Hello mates,

i installed vicidialnow, and setup my sip account like this

[cc100]
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
type=friend
host=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ; ip adress for VoIP provider
dtmfmode=inband
qualify=1000
mailbox=100

i added a new campaign, a new list, added a new leads also, and a new agent, but i don`t get any outgoin calls, in my leads i inserted my numbers for testing, when i do REALTIME view for the campaign i get almost all zeros

what can be my problem???
